Hi ‘Shroom Family,

Katie here again! This time with some summertime recipe ideas...

The ways to incorporate our mushroom elixirs, coffees, and cacaos are nearly endless. One of our most frequently asked questions is, “Can I mix these mushrooms with cold water?” The answer is: Yes, of course you can!

By the time you have our product, the mushrooms have already gone through a dual-extraction process.  This means they are bioavailable for your body to absorb all the benefits at any temperature.

The recipes below are perfect chilled treats for summer (and very delicious)!  Some came from our own kitchen and others from our customers. I wanted to share of few ideas with you, in hopes that you could use them yourself or share with your customers!
