We are certainly doing our snow dances at the moment, eagerly waiting for the snow to fall in the mountains, but there is still plenty to keep us busy in the meantime! We hope you are dancing as well.

Before we dive into the ski side of things, we are running a brake service special to keep you safe on the roads this winter. Book your bike in for a service (any level of service or just a brake service) and receive 20% off brake parts! Promotion ends 15th July.

Now for the ski excitement, we (in conjunction with Ski Selwyn, Gnomes, and the six Selwyn Ski areas) are hosting a winter launch party at Thirsty Acres in Kirwee on 22nd June. There will be great music and prizes and will be a great way to kick off the ski season. We hope to see you there!

Chill Travel Passes are on sale- available in a 5 or 7 day punch pass valid throughout the entire 2024 ski season. The Travel Pass is valid at 12 ski areas throughout the country and are a great option to get a taste of the Chill experience!

The Mountain Safety Council has launched a new research community open to anyone in NZ- Adventure Voice. This outlet will help shape the future of outdoor safety, so get involved!

Finally, we are stoked to promote An Evening With Lydia Bradey, the first woman to summit Mt Everest without oxygen, set for 26th July at 7pm. She has many great stories to tell, so be sure to get your tickets and see you there!

Mountain Safety Council - Adventure Voice

Adventure Voice is a research community anyone in NZ can sign up to and complete a handful of full surveys annually to aid MSC shape the future of outdoor safety.

The surveys are managed by Research NZ. Along with the handful of full surveys, there are also quick optional monthly surveys that members can answer and go in the draw to win $100 prezzy card.
