On May 12, 2023, Health Canada published a proposal detailing new fees for natural health products (NHPs). While there is a lot of information to digest in Health Canada's proposal, the proposed fees will impose new unnecessary costs on our industry and ultimately consumers. This will lead to higher costs on all supplements, and many lost products and companies.
