First of all we want to thank you all for the patience and support. We've received many kind messages in this trying time from a lot of you and it means everything to us. For those of you who don't know we have been behind the last several weeks for multiple reasons. Our biggest issue has been the sudden loss of our sole customer service rep over the holidays due to family issues.
