Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. Partners with Golden State Cider to Launch "Ciders & Sliders" West Coast Retail Campaign
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Point Reyes, CA (June 20, 2025)
Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. announced its partnership with Golden State Cider for the inaugural Ciders & Sliders campaign, a dynamic in-store retail and digital promotion rolling out across key grocery chains on the West Coast this summer.
This campaign is designed to showcase two quality brands that add significant value—demonstrating that the sum is greater than the parts. Beyond consumer engagement, the campaign fosters meaningful collaboration at the retail level, reflecting a belief in thoughtful partnerships that benefit all stakeholders.
"What excites us most about partnering with Golden State Cider is how naturally our products complement each other—it's not just about pairing flavors," said Lynn Giacomini Stray, COO and Co-Owner of Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. "It's about giving people new ways to enjoy quality, local craftsmanship. We're seeing retailers really embrace these kinds of partnerships because they know their customers are looking for authentic experiences that go beyond ordinary grocery shopping. It's incredibly rewarding to work alongside other Sonoma and Marin County producers who share our commitment to excellence."
Ciders & Sliders: The Ultimate Duo brings together premium California-made food and beverage brands to elevate the summer grilling season. The campaign features chef-created slider recipes, including standout dishes crafted with Point Reyes cheeses, available in-store and online throughout June and July. Point Reyes Farmstead cheeses—featured in three of the campaign's signature recipes—are paired with select Golden State Ciders for a flavor experience rooted in quality, sustainability, and local craftsmanship.
The collaboration launches with a Taproom Event at Golden State Cider in Sebastopol on June 28, featuring live chef demonstrations, showcasing their unique slider recipes, product tastings, and regional media attendance.
