IRISH WHISKEY of the MONTH

For January, we need an Irish whiskey that stands up to the winter chill. For this we go with Two Stacks The Blender's Cut-Cask Strength. At 65% abv, this complex blend comprised of malt, grain, & pot still aged in three different casks will help warm the extremities. Well-balanced & oily, notes of fruit and spice are complemented with gentle peat smokiness & a long finish. Two Stacks is an independent bottler & blender founded in 2020. Whether celebrating the New Year in Times Square, taking in a Broadway show, or making a deli run, no visit to New York City would be complete without stopping by Swift Hibernian Lounge.
