COCKTAIL of the MONTH
For our July celebration of Belfast, our Cocktail of the Month is the Belfast Derby. The name refers to the competition between rival football clubs (or soccer teams) located in Belfast. The cocktail is perfect for the warm July weather given its tart, refreshing flavor. See the simple recipe on our website.
WHISKEY of the MONTH
Our July whiskey of the month is from The Echlinville Distillery located in Newtownards (about 20 miles southeast of Belfast). This farm distillery revived the Dunville's brand and releases sourced Irish whiskeys under the name. Dunville's 1808 is a 40% abv blend of all 3 Irish Whiskey styles.
