Preparing for 8:00–18:30 Online Consultations

From 1 October, all practices must offer online consultation systems for non-urgent requests throughout core hours. This free session is designed to help you get ready with clear, practical advice and insight from practices already making it work. You’ll hear:

Total Triage Toolkit Now Live in the D&T Hub

We’ve launched a new Total Triage Toolkit to support practices considering a move to structured triage, or looking to strengthen what they already have in place. The toolkit includes:

Templates for mapping and redesigning triage workflows
Guidance on aligning appointment books with triage outcomes
Support for using OC systems, telephony and the NHS App together
Training prompts, safety escalation tips, and improvement checklists
Ideas for patient comms and change planning
