Hi there,
With the new financial year fast approaching, leadership, regulation, and risk are top priorities for GP practices and PCNs. This month, we’re bringing you expert-led webinars to help you prepare for the 25/26 GP Contract and navigate CQC inspections with confidence.
Leading both sessions is Dr. Clare Sieber, GP, leadership expert, and founder of Well Led, now part of Redmoor Health. Clare has spent years supporting practices through governance, compliance, and workforce challenges – insights she shares in both our upcoming webinars and an exclusive interview on why leadership is the missing link in general practice.
Join the discussion, put your questions to the panel, and access the latest guidance to help your practice or PCN stay ahead.

D&T Network Star of the Month
Phoebe Alexander – Product Development Executive at Islington GP Federation
"In my role, I focus on developing and optimising digital tools to support primary care in Islington. I have lots of experience working with practices to implement a total digital triage model of working, helping them to optimise their use of online consultations. I'm also particularly interested in how automation and artificial intelligence can be applied in a healthcare setting, and how implementing solutions at scale can drive efficiency. I work closely with patients, GP practice staff, and providers to identify requirements, implement and then evaluate products, with the aim to improve patient outcomes and streamlines practice operations.
The D&T Network has been really valuable for staying informed on digital transformation in primary care, learning from others’ experiences, and sharing best practices to drive change."
