Relish and Appreciate

This time of year I yearn to reflect and fill my gratitude journal, but I find myself swept up in the season, hustling and bustling. Taking stock always gets me back to a glass half full mentality, so I’m rallying myself to take brief walks each day, so I can savor the changing colors of the trees and absorb the crisper air. These strolls ground me and foster a sense of thankfulness, as does menu planning for Thanksgiving. I love getting out my oldie but goodie folder of recipes and plotting the meal. I hope you all are finding small pockets of time to look around and within and reflect on what has gone right lately…fortifying our sanity before the holidays is always a good idea.

Some festivities are unfolding with Loyale these days!
