Eat Real to Heal
There is a difference between healthy/unhealthy food and real food. Healthy/unhealthy is all marketed, we have been told a lot of stories by the food industry, mostly lies that we need to unravel.
Real food is unprocessed food.
Eat Real to Heal is not a diet, it is learning to eat what our bodies understand, just eating real food. Up till 50-100 years ago, we did not eat processed food, and since we do, chronic illnesses are skyrocketing.
Currently close to 60% of the North American population has at least one diagnosed chronic illness. Currently we spend 1.3 trillion dollars per year to manage chronic illnesses.
Imagine what we could do with 1.3 trillion dollars if we can reverse chronic illnesses... and we can!
We do not need to live like this. Does it take work, yes it does, but it is cheaper and what is good for you, is also good for the planet. Most chronic illnesses can be reversed, and we have a choice.
There are a lot of myths and triggers around food, we get that, so doing this in community, backed up by Nicolette Richer's 15 years of experience, and research, we can start showing up for ourselves and each other.
We are starting a 3rd cohort in February. Open to existing participants as well as new people who want to join.
