Trades are the key to residential construction. We believe being able to pay them within 24 hours will bring more housing online, faster.

Of course, this requires deep integrations within the industry and a rich data model - both of which we're currently accomplishing. The result will be a critical economic output.

New Project: Cotton Commons

We are moving dirt in Goodyear for Cotton Commons, an innovative build-to-rent community by 29th Street Capital.

Cotton Commons will bring 187 single-family detached homes and duplexes and a state of the art amenity suite to future residents.

Our team is currently overseeing a number of civil improvements on the 18-acre site, including adding city roads to the infrastructure.

On the up and up

Two projects are on the rise, literally, with vertical construction officially underway.

In Phoenix, we’re also well into vertical construction of 56th at Arcadia, a 40-unit townhome project for Hawkins Development (pictured above). Grading the site’s 13-plex, which drops more than 12” from east to west, was a feat of engineering. It demanded intense scrutiny to ensure that, from foundation to rooftop, the structure would remain level.

And over in Apache Junction, our other project with 29th Street Capital, The Residences at Apache Trail, has over 64 foundations completed.
