Los Islotes - Snorkel With Sea Lions

The first step? Get into that tight wetsuit. Don't worry, we provide them - and it's worth the hassle so that you can stay out longer in Baja California Sur's cooler water. Because today, you are visiting Los Islotes. There are a few dozen sea lions in this colony, and the yearling pups are curious and eager to play!

In the spirit of adventure, you can visit the colony aboard a skiff and stay high and dry. But. Better yet, get in the water and join them. Small groups of snorkelers visit the colony with expedition guides to get up close and personal. From the Field: Waterfalls

Expedition Leader Jeremy Saenz recounts an amazing day of waterfalls in Alaska:

I came out on deck today to look at one of the many gorgeous waterfalls that inhabit Endicott Arm in Tracy Arm/Ford’s Terror Wilderness. Many guests where there to greet me as I had just announced that we were going to take a closer look at this one. One guest remarked that this would have been the most beautiful waterfall that he had ever seen….if it weren’t for the one that we saw earlier in the day while kayaking.
