1) CAN YOU USE A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE THE TICKET? The ticket is a gift card, instead of reducing a $ amount, it reduces the price of one rod by 100%. The gift card system that we use does not allow gift cards to be applied to gift cards.
2) IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE RED WHITE & BLUE TICKETS? No. Not for the folks receiving this email
3) Do Tickets Expire? No, they do not.
4) How does this work?
a. You buy a ticket (or tickets) for $250.
b. We send you a Red White & Blue ticket with a code (about a week after you place the order, why a week? This helps to remove double orders, cancellations, etc.)
c. You can redeem your Ticket for any rod in our online store, (EdgeRods.com) which includes Silver Widows, Epitome, Black Widow, EFX Pro, etc.) You cannot get Limited Edition Signature Series Rods with Tickets, we only made 50 each, and they are sold out. (We are not making them again)
5) Can you get a refund on a Ticket? Yes. Please email accounting@edgerods.com with your order number and it will be refunded.
6) Can this email be shared? Yep! Please do.
7) What is the current lead-time on Rods? We send emails on Rods that are in stock, and you can use your tickets on those at EdgeRods.com, but we are currently at about 5 months on most rods. Thanks!
