Conway the Machine - Release October 15
|
|
This Friday, American rapper and co-founder of the independent New York-based hip-hop label Griselda Records is dropping his highly anticipated new album. Known for rapping over gritty, dark beats that defined his rise (think Milano Nights, Pt. 1), he also explores more experimental sounds on this release, highlighting his versatility and growth (Raw!). Boasting an impressive feature lineup—including Method Man, Raekwon, Joey Bada$$, Larry June, Key Glock, Jay Worthy, and more. The Machine cements his status as both a leader in today’s rap scene and a tastemaker shaping its future.

Earlier this year, Froukje performed at Ancienne Belgique. Her new album “Live in Brussels” focuses on songs from Noodzakelijk Verdriet (released on January 12), mixed with older tracks she performed in Ancienne Belgique.
Meanwhile, No Fear of Time, the long-awaited second studio album by Black Star, the iconic hip-hop duo made up of Yasiin Bey and Talib Kweli, is finally getting its vinyl and CD release on November 22 2024, after first dropping in 2022.
As for Dutch rock & roll trio DeWolff, they’re ready to release Muscle Shoals on December 6, a project recorded at the legendary FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound Studios in Alabama, with Grammy-winning Ben Tanner (Alabama Shakes) as their producer.
Looking ahead to 2025, Mdou Moctar, the Tuareg guitarist and songwriter from Niger, is set to return with Tears of Injustice, an album that combines his distinctive psychedelic rock style with a deeply resonant message.
