I was happy to hit the road again this week to meet with friends old and new and share a bit about how I can help Wyoming by focusing on our priorities. I have identified three key priorities I'd like to share with you below.
1. Limited Government:
I will protect your freedom and our state’s sovereignty, deliver efficient and respectful services, and keep Wyoming living within its means through responsible cash-based budgeting.
2. A Robust Wyoming Economy:
I’ll work to strengthen the industries that power our state—energy and minerals, tourism, agriculture, and small business while promoting innovation, new technologies, and partnerships that grow our future workforce.
3. Thriving Communities:
I’ll keep decision-making close to home, ensure communities’ critical needs are met, and engage young people so they can build their futures right here in Wyoming.

Eric

Since my announcement in August, Kelly and I have been busy criss-crossing the state, hearing what is on the minds of Wyoming voters. As of last week, we have officially visited all 23 counties. We will continue touring the state, listening and learning from you!

LISTENING AND LEARNING
Last week, while on the road, I stopped by to chat briefly with our Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police (WASCOP) at their meeting in Casper. We appreciate their work!
Next, it was on to Jackson, where Kelly and I attended the Wort Hotel's holiday light-up event and the Jackson Hole Chamber mixer, where we met some new folks and said hi to some old friends.
Friday was the Young Professionals Luncheon back at the Wort, where I continued the dialogue with our younger generations of citizens about what we can do to retain and support them here in the Cowboy State. Rep. Andrew Byron joined me for the discussion panel, and Rep. Mike Yin was in attendance.
Over the weekend, we were excited to achieve our 23rd county visit to Sublette for a community meet-and-greet coffee in Pinedale before heading back to Jackson for the Jackson Hole Ski and Snowboard Club's Black Tie and Blue Jeans event, which raises funds for student athletes.

Back at the Ranch
Kelly and I are spending a lot of time on the road, and we're grateful to those who are helping us manage ranch activities while we're away.
We raise our stock the same way we did when my grandfather was here, getting an early start and communicating through the noise. There’s value in that kind of work. It keeps you honest, and close to what matters.
