Q: My kids are going back to school this week. What's your advice for keeping them safe?
A: Sending kids back to school in an uncertain environment like the one we're currently living in can feel intimidating. But with a few easy steps, you can help your kiddos keep themselves safe, and you can keep your own home safe.
First, encourage them to be in charge of their own frequent hand washing (we love Kosmatology Travel Hand Soap, which is small enough to fit in little pockets and backpacks!). Remind them to use hand sanitizer in between when they can get to a sink, or if they blow their nose, sneeze, or cough. They can even use it (or Cleaner Than Clean!) to spray down their desks.
On your end, stock up on Cleaner Than Clean to spray down their shoes, backpacks, and any other Items that traveled with them to school once they return home. Create a routine around it so they don't feel too overwhelmed or scared, but understand that it's important.
We're living in uncertain times, but they don't have to be more than you can handle! You can keep your sanity and keep your kids safe, all at once.
