Q: Why don't you carry all the products from every brand you stock? I really like [fill in brand here] and have seen that other stores carry their full line of products. Will you have them soon?

A: Due to our extensive vetting process, not every product made by a brand (including a "natural" one) makes the cut—even if one of the products in their lineup does. This happens for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, one product in the line uses an ingredient we ban. Other times, it's because the product doesn't perform as well as we'd like, and we only want to offer the best of the best for you to add to your household's routine.

That's why we'll carry just one or two items from a given line. We're selective, and we won't just add products to our store because a brand comes out with something new—our commitment to you is more important. That said, when we add something new to the shop, you can trust that it's safe, has been tested by us, and it works.
