Pest Management, The Natural Way

Gardens and farms are themselves abundant ecosystems. Soil is an essential piece of these systems, as well as being home to thousands of species of insects. These little crawlies living in the soil are therefore part of the ecosystem, too.

Instead of reaching for the chemicals, we support an ecological approach to pest control known as IPM, which stands for Integrated Pest Management. IPM focuses on prevention, observation, and thoughtful intervention only when necessary.

Presenting, Nematodes!

Let’s consider a more holistic, natural approach to coexisting with our soil’s resident bugs. Beneficial nematodes are a natural enemy of several harmful garden critters and can be used as an effective element of IPM. We have a limited number of nematodes available, pre-order yours today for July shipping.

Pest-Resistant Varieties

Get ahead of your harvest by planting varieties that are naturally more resilient and pest-resistant than others, such as the ones shared below. While this does not mean they are pest-proof, their resistance can certainly help!
