Dear Purveyor Family,

Since Batch began in 2013, one word has been at the core of what we do: relationships.

Customers around the world have used Batch (and your special products) to connect, stay in touch, reach out, say thanks, offer condolences, and build lasting, meaningful relationships. If there were ever a time when that sentiment must continue, it is now.

Our retail store was affected by last week's tornadoes (but reopened three days later) and now the COVID-19 pandemic has sent us all into uncertainty. While our retail store remains open at the moment (and our online store will never close), conferences, meetings, and events are canceling and postponing plans.

We at Batch remain flexible, but firmly committed to growing and maintaining relationships, especially with you. Our sales team is working creatively and quickly to offer gifts to events that have changed plans. Our online store will soon list more and more of your products. Our marketing efforts will remind customers that connection matters now more than ever.

We appreciate your flexibility at this time. You may see some lower quantity ordering as we gauge demand over the next few weeks, but rest assured: we're not going anywhere.
