As a true night owl who works a morning shift, my favorite TB product would have to be Momentum, from the BRAVE product line, as it can keep me ready for anything on even the sleepiest of mornings!
My favorite food would have to be a tie between a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich (best from a hole in the wall place found locally), and Teriyaki.
My favorite aspect of customer support would have to be the CS team itself! Our support team are some of the best, kind, fun, and genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Each of them brings something specific to the team, and without even one person, the absence can be felt strongly throughout the team.
As for a good CS tip, I always recommend providing as much information in your opening ticket as possible. Order numbers, photos, and account IDs can help us get to the bottom of an issue much faster than without them!
