The Achieve Level 2 Challenge is available now in the Achievements Planning Group! You’ve welcomed new team members, so now it’s time to help them get off to a great start.

1. The Back-to-Basics Challenge walks you step-by-step through helping your new team members get oriented, complete the first steps in setting up their account and get to know what resources are available for them.

2. The Get Connected Challenge offers helpful reminders on the places you’ll want to help your new Advisor get connected to so they can make the most of our community as they get up and running.

The Make a Wish List and Invite to a Class Challenge has tips to help your new Advisor think about their most exciting upcoming projects and what holiday gifts they may wish to give, as well as extending an invite to your next event so they can have some fun, work on their projects and you can help model what a fun, successful event looks like.

4. Today’s Share the Fun Challenge reveals how to help your new Advisors get started with their first Card Class. Hosting friends or family is a fun and easy way to begin, and this challenge gives them the tools to make it enjoyable for all.
