ADVISOR POLICY UPDATES

Each year, the Creative Memories Legal Team does an annual review of Advisor agreements and legalese on the website, which includes the Policies & Procedures, Compensation Policies, Advisor Agreement and Legal Notice. Most of the updates to these documents are small, like changing Account Credits to CM Credits and adjusting language here and there for clarity.

Two additions that they would like to call out to Advisors are found in the Policies & Procedures, which includes the policy around family member relationships as Upline/Downline (4.2) and social media content (5.6), which covers CM's right to use social media posts tagging @CreativeMemories for marketing purposes. You can find the updated agreements in the Advisor HQ under My Resources and then Logos and Forms.
