FAREWELL TO THE “REFER A FRIEND” PROGRAM
A warm thank you to those of you who encouraged customers to participate in the Refer A Friend program! Its goal was to help Advisors and their customers benefit from customers’ referrals to friends. Because it did not achieve the level of participation needed to keep it going, it will be retired at the end of this year.
If you would like to incentivize your customers to send their friends your way, the recently launched CM Credits make a great reward. Other ways to make sharing easy for your customers include sharing your personalized URL (with the deep link functionality), and with the new Penny app, when you have a new affiliated customer, it will give you a prompt to send a thank-you note when they order! |
