ORDERING ISSUES
I understand how frustrating it is when you and your customers experience ordering issues. I also understand that you want action and fixes and not apologies. At CM, we do things a bit differently — we maximize our flexibility at checkout to ensure customers can choose their Advisor, we stack promos to ensure you can get multiple gifts in one checkout, we have Advisor Exclusive products that show only to Advisors and we sometimes combine new products and promos at the same time. These are just a few examples of the complexity we have created, which is part of our Advisor- and customer-focused culture but also different than a typical e-commerce store. These are not intended as excuses, but rather transparency on why we are having difficulty getting a clear fix to the ordering issues that are occurring at peak launch times. However, we will be reviewing everything that we need to do to be able to put these issues to rest and give you a smooth checkout experience without compromising what you love about our current flexibility and promotions.
As of right now, the team is cleaning up remaining duplicate orders and issuing refunds, so order statuses and month-end reports should be accurate by the end of the day today.

Note on My Reports:
If you have logged in to My Reports since yesterday, you will know that the reporting there is behind also and the dashboard was not displaying. That queue is now processed but the month-end processing still needs to occur, which we expect will be done by late afternoon. When that is completed, month-end reports can be pulled and you will be able to see updated numbers for team members on your Team Performance page.
