PENNY PROGRAM CLOSING & NEXT STEPS
Ending on Nov. 6, 2023

After a year of experience with the Penny app and a review and survey of Advisors utilizing it, the app unfortunately did not meet the expectations of Advisors so we will be ending the relationship with Penny on Nov. 6, 2023.

Advisors who have signed into or have been using the Penny app were notified via email earlier this week. Though Creative Memories data will no longer be syncing beginning Nov. 1, Penny will be offering them Penny Thrive (a paid service) free for the first three months or Penny Essentials, which is free. For further support and questions, please reach out to Support@GetPenny.com.

We know that customer and relationship management is an important part of a successful business and therefore, we are exploring other options to support Advisors.
